Creative Spaces is a Ratlam-based architecture and engineering studio bringing architectural design, structural engineering, MEP, and interior detailing together under one roof. We believe a building is only as good as the plan behind it, the structure holding it up, and the space it creates to live and work in — so we handle all three ourselves instead of handing you off between firms.

Every project gets one team from the first conversation to the final drawing set — architect, structural engineer, and designer working side by side, not in separate offices.

Creative Spaces is led by architect Charlie Jain and structural engineer Shreyans Kanswa — partners at home and at the drafting table, overseeing every project together from first sketch to final drawing set.
